Land sales have begun for Phases 2 and 3 of Nordic Village homes in the Mežavēji development in Mārupe

Domuss, the leading developer of private homes Nordic Villages, has begun accepting reservations for land plots in the Mežavēji development in Mārupe.

Sales team leader Jānis Ozols notes: “Interest in land plots, especially in Mārupe, is growing, and the availability of plots with all necessary utilities in a prepared development is very limited. This is indicated by the fact that all land available in Phase 1 has been sold. We believe this is a unique opportunity to obtain land for a reasonable price and begin building immediately.”
The development Mežavēji is located only a few dozen meters from the intersection of Lielā and Pededze iela – a quiet and easily accessible part of Mārupe. The development is planned in seven phases totalling 47 new homes.
The second and third phases offer 16 plots around 1200 sq.m. each, which is the most desired size in the market. The land has access to municipal utilities – electricity, water and sewage, and gas. The streets and sidewalks are paved with interlocking brick and fitted with streetlights.

Mežavēji can become a wonderful residential area for a variety of clients. Mārupe is one of the most-desired suburban neighborhoods, offering quality of life through well-organized infrastructure, schools, and cultural and leisure activities, making it very desirable for families. Here, development intermingles with beautiful natural vistas. Nearby are shops, schools, kindergartens, markets, medical facilities, and public transportation to Riga; Jūrmala is only 15 minutes away.
