This high-class apartment building, located in the “Quiet Center”, was erected in the early 20th century and is a world-class example of Art Nouveau. In 2004, reconstruction of the building took place, including restoration of individual elements. The building contains 44 high-quality apartments, including attic apartments, as well as an underground garage. All apartments were sold in 2006.
