Newly erected building is conformed to the height of proximate buildings – in the supreme part of the building will be provided seven floors but in the inferior part – five floors.

The factory will produce optical vacuum coating on glass, which will increase the glass translucency. The factory is planning to process at least 1.2 million square metres of glass with the special coating from both sides. This unique technology will allow increasing the translucency of glass by 8 percent.
