The class A office building in Riga, Baznicas (Baznīcas) Street 20/22, was built in 2003. It was the first building in Latvia with a double-glass/wooden façade and a roof garden. Its original design was awarded a prize by the Latvian Association for Architects. The property joins two buildings: a six-story office building (3600 m²⁾ and a multistory parking garage accommodating 250 cars. The office building is located at the very heart of Riga, next to the St. Gertrude (Ģertrūde) Old Church, in a business center with convenient access and a developed transportation infrastructure.

Commercial spaces are located on the first floor of the building, and offices are on the upper floors. Building tenants include the Canadian Embassy, Latvia Green Dot (Latvijas Zaļais Punkts), Hauska & Partner, and the MAQS law firm, among others.
